1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home textiles and soft furnishings: sofa cushions, throw pillows, and carpets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

For Sofa Cushions & Throw Pillows:

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

  • Not intended for use by infants without supervision (suffocation risk).

  • Follow care instructions.

For Carpets:

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

3. Flammability Standards
Our products comply with:

  • Carpets: 16 CFR Part 1630 (Standard for the Surface Flammability of Carpets and Rugs).

  • Textiles: 16 CFR Part 1610 (Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles).

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., slipping, fading, damage from improper care).
